Paul LePage and ALEC: Suspected Connection Confirmed

The cozy relationship between Paul LePage, ALEC (the American Legislative Exchange Council, and the Koch Brothers (a major donor to ALEC) is brought to light in a recent Colin Woodard article in the Portland Phoenix.
